There are three types of kundalini power. The first is the kundalini of the body, and the second is the kundalini of the five senses, also called the etheric or elemental senses. The third is the kundalini of soul infusion, knowingness, and beingness.

Most humans are experiencing kundalini awakening at the body level. They feel the rise of the energy at the base chakra moving up through the spinal column. They feel the electrical charge and warmth. They feel certain bodily reactions. This is affecting the physical body but not going deep into the atomic structures that hold higher wisdom about who we are and why we are here. The body kundalini only affects the outer shell.
