As we step into the Aquarian Age, Spirit calls us to open our hearts wider and deeper. Throughout yogic teachings, we are reminded that the three lower chakras are illusions of fear, lust, and ego. These energies can hold us hostage and are often referred to as the lower triangle.
The heart chakra is also known as anahata, which means “unstuck chord.” The fourth chakra is a more refined energy that is a space of alchemy in which one creates transformation. The upper triangle of infinite, divine energies merges with the lower triangle and creates sacred geometry in the form of a sixpointed star. The sternum, chest, lungs, and heart are affected by this chakra’s green energy disk. The thymus is the endocrine gland that regulates the immune system, creating flow and circulation through the body
