Essences of Nature: Taking Time for Emotional Detoxification
Essences of Nature: Taking Time for Emotional Detoxification Mary Ann Altamarino Antenucci
"All I see is part of me." What are we supposed to do when we feel there is very little we can do? We can pray. We can fret. We can rage. We can do what we feel is needed. We can do nothing. We all want to make a big difference with our grand gestures. Perhaps the biggest difference we can make, however, is cleaning our own houses. Perhaps the biggest difference we can make is to raise our lifestyles and our vibrations. Yes, there are contributing factors, but how are we "contributing" to those factors? What needs to be cleansed and purified in order for us to be all we can be?
Most of us think of cleansing and purification as going on a fast or some kind of special program to cleanse ourselves of physical, emotional and psychic toxins. What if we went on a "fast" to "detoxify" ourselves from reflexive emotional patterns, apathy and indifference? What if we went on a fast in which we only used our empowering, healing, helping and sustaining abilities? What if we decided to be the change we wanted to be and see?
