Happiness is our birthright. It is mentioned in the U.S. Constitution as one of our inalienable rights. Many of us struggle with what it means to be happy. We feel we have to achieve a certain status, financial security, or stature in our lives to be comfortable and therefore happy. Or we think we need the most wonderful, perfect, amazing relationship to bless us into happiness.
Some of us feel that in order to be truly happy, we need to be right and that everyone needs to know how right we are. We have different definitions of happiness and blueprints to getting there. What if we waved the magic wand to release all the conditions we felt we needed to be happy? What do you need to increase your happiness and, as Pharrell Williams sings, “feel like a room without a roof”?
