Benevolent Outcomes Tom T. Moore
From Tom: We’ll begin with two of my own. My wife, Dena, and I were scheduled to drive down the North Dallas Tollway to our dentist’s office (a thirty-minute drive) to have our teeth cleaned. After that, we planned to drive three blocks to an eyewear office to pick up our newly prescribed eyeglasses. Early that week, the weather forecast for that day was a 70 percent chance of rain throughout the day.
Both of us requested MBOs for a drive to the dentist’s office and back with no rain and no wait, parking spaces to be available, and the new eyeglasses to fit and work perfectly. Mission accomplished! We had no rain going or coming, no wait for the teeth-cleaning, a parking space was waiting for us at the front door of the eyewear establishment, and our glasses fit perfectly after tiny adjustments. Just a reminder: The earlier you can request MBOs, the better they work.
