As you are well aware, there is an intensity of energy coming on to this planet. The vibration of this energy will continue to rise. This means that the intensity you feel will continue to increase. What does this mean for you individually? It means that the higher the vibration of energy coming in, the greater the reaction you will have from the lower vibration energy within you. If you insist on holding on to this low-vibration energy, you will experience physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual pain. It is the holding on to what was, grasping it in your fists, that causes the pain.
