When we hear the word “judgment,” it brings up so many negative connotations. We are being “judgy” when we feel as if we’re not enough or doing something wrong, as well as when we hold others in a negative light or aspire to impossible and improbable standards. We dodge, distract, and despair along the way.
True judgment is the truth of who we are, how we see ourselves, and where we measure up. Judgment always has a sense of how we align with who and what we are. This alignment teaches us to selfcorrect when we tip our internal balance. How do we use our judgment to stop judging ourselves? Become Tolerant Beech is our deeply critical, never satisfied essence. We may call it discerning; however, this discernment borders on disabling any creative and energetic process. This essence negates the negative reflexes and ongoing commentary. This remedy challenges us to see the value of what is as opposed to what we think it should be.
