An aspect of this is to be able to filter away what is untrue. It is vital to observe the things of real value and be aware of what will offer true spiritual growth.

Awareness of the physical world comes to the individual human through what have come to be known as the five senses—sight, sound, scent, taste, and touch. Each of these senses is an interaction. The first two are a form of vibrational coexistence. In order to see or hear, first there must be light or movement of atmosphere. Second, there also must exist receptors sensitive enough to accept these vibrations. Third, there must be the ability to interpret the signals.
