When you look out your windows, some of you see blue skies, some of you see cloudy skies, some of you see snow, some of you see green, and some of you see rain. All of it is beautiful and part of this amazing system that you call your Earth. The soul inhabiting your Mother Earth, Gaia, she is there, loving you and loving every organism even on a microscopic level, loving them and loving you. You are part of that system.

Let us begin by moving into your heart source. Because we have new people today, let me describe the process for you. We’ll do each of the seven steps. Just take a deep breath. That’s not one of the steps, but take a deep breath.
