Beloved one, let us speak about the new year. You will determine how it will be, because it is as you decree. If you believe the year will be too heavy, that there are too many challenges, and you have nothing to look forward to, then that is how it will be for you.

We ask you to write down each evening — do this in ink, not pencil — one happening from the day that brought you joy. Do this even if your joy was from the absence of something that did not happen; at least that is a positive way to look at it. I am sure, as you go through the days, you will find much to write, because you have already trained yourself to look for the good and to live in a space that brings you joy.

You live in love, even if it does not look that way at first glance. As you stop judging and sit with this exercise, you gain understanding. “What does this bring up to experience? Is this where I want to live?” You become more aware of the Christ self within you. This is truly what you want to know. This is why you have a body. It is why you have a human experience. It is why you walk among brothers and sisters to share your experiences.
