Essences of Nature
Essences of Nature Mary Ann Altamarino Antenucci
What do we see when we look in the mirror? Do we embrace our natural attributes, or do we intensely focus on that mole or blemish, those chubby cheeks, or that rather large rear end? How do we get comfortable in our skin? How do we view our bodies? Do we like what we see and feel?
Are we at odds when our bodies demand things we are incapable of? Do we accurately and lovingly see ourselves as we are or as we think we need to be? Do we despise every perceived imperfection and want to be taller, shorter, fatter, or thinner? What do we do with the birthday suit we have, and how do we become present in our presence?
