We are the Founders. We are the consciousness of the first wave of souls who came to Earth. After arrival, we soon realized that the level of consciousness with which we came into this physical reality was too high for us to fulfill our agreement with Gaia. This agreement was that we could experience manifestation in a physical reality if we were willing to help Earth and all who live on her to ascend to a higher dimension. Once we accepted this agreement, we realized we could only fulfill our agreement if we became an inherent part of the physical system. Therefore, in addition to our consciousness, we created twelve levels of consciousness as steppingstones to bridge our consciousness with that of the planet Earth.

Over millions of years, souls volunteered to use these steps to lower their consciousness frequencies to resonate with the basic frequencies of the physical system of Earth. You are now living in a reality that holds these basic frequencies. We communicated this in a previous sharing. From the lowest levels of consciousness, you started the process of ascension. This process will unfold in the coming times.

Fear Levels Are High on Earth Now

The biggest challenge in this reality is dealing with the collective consciousness. The dominant energy in your reality is fear. Fear leads to fight-or-flight reactions, depression, or posttraumatic stress disorder [PTSD]. These reactions and their connected emotions have low vibrations, belonging mainly to the lowest level of consciousness that still holds awareness [see figure 1].
