Why would we listen to angels instead of archangels? Aren’t the words of archangels truer and more important than ordinary angels?

From the angels: Archangels are higher and closer to God. They overlook all universes and are not concerned with individual desires. The wisdom and organization of archangels is beyond the capability of mortals to comprehend. Archangels are charged with areas of realms, not individual worlds. Groups of angels serve each archangel.
