Is Self-Change Necessary?

Have you ever thought about change? Of course you have. It is ever present in your minds these days. We speak not just of the changes that you are seeing and feeling all over your/our world but of internal change, change inside you.

We have observed humans for a very long time, as we have shared with you in the past. One of the habits that we see in some humans (not all) is a tendency to say, “This is the way I am; I cannot change,” or “God made me this way. Why should I change?” What these people are really saying is that they do not want to change. We see this as an excuse of sorts to not look deeply inside and confront the “demons” (as you call them), to not do the work that is needed to change old behaviors and expand your consciousness. We understand that this process is not easy, and for many it is very difficult. Humans have much shame, regret, and self-hatred, which limits the process of self-examination and evolvement.
