The Opportunities in Crises

During times of crisis, we often focus on how our world is being turned upside down instead of on the opportunities presented.
We don’t recognize what we are supposed to do. Our ways of coping with or ignoring a situation no longer serve us. We are stopped in our tracks to make change whether we are ready or not. We can’t help but experience the crisis as something beyond our control because it rocks our world.

Sometimes our world needs rocking. Sometimes we have to start making the necessary changes without looking for the safety net first. Sometimes we have to begin to cultivate the trust that there is a larger expression for us. Sometimes we need to learn how to fly. How do we transmute our crises into opportunities?
