Greetings! We are the Galactic Council of Lightbeings. Last year the systems in the higher dimensions changed as a result of Earth’s changes. Now the systems in the higher dimensions are causing changes on Earth.

This can feel like an unraveling occurring within you. The biological brain dislikes this level of disorder and will try to stop it or slow it down. Another part of you is manifesting at an accelerated rate in the earthly realm. Let us resolve any conflict between those parts of you who want to slow down and regain control and those parts who are ready to manifest your purpose. Inhale and exhale slowly to the count of five while we do that now.

Part of the unraveling is the release of certain mental/emotional concepts that you have been operating with on your planet. Everyone has these mental/emotional constructs, such as, “Don’t stand out,” “I’m not smart or good enough,” or “I’m an imposter.” These are human concepts, created at a group level and used to socialize people to create a sense of belonging. This is herd instinct originally meant for the survival of the species. Accomplishments are determined by what the mind thinks is possible. As these constructs dissolve, you might feel disoriented and that you no longer fit in. That will pass. Inhale and exhale slowly to the count of five while we shift out the false mental and emotional constructs.
