Greetings, precious beings of light. I am Amma, the Divine Mother of the divine mothers, and I am your mother. Thank you for letting us know your interests and what disturbs your hearts and minds. I will begin with a question: What can you do about what has been happening?

One thing each of you can do is stay in your heart source; stay in that place of love. For those not familiar with the heart source, you form it using these seven simple steps:

1. Move your awareness to the front of your heart chakra.
2. Move your awareness to the back of your heart chakra.
3. Move your awareness to the front of your third eye (sixth chakra).
4. Move your awareness to the back of your sixth chakra.
5. Connect the energy of your heart to the third eye.
6. Send that energy up to the center of the universe. (It knows where to go.)
7. Bring that energy down to the center of Earth.
