Now, we have allowed ourselves to be seen in a few places. We prefer for this to happen in places where there are not great numbers of people, and also in places where traditionally—meaning, say, in the past thousand years or so—there have been friendly Earth peoples, though we recognize that time and your history changes.

You are asking about vehicles over the general area of the land known as China, and I will add that there are vehicles also over Mongolia and, to a degree, the Aleutian Islands. The vehicles can occasionally be seen by those who are sensitive. They are seen even more occasionally by those who are oriented to various planetary bodies and happen to be standing in exactly the right position, optically speaking— not unlike a focal length associated with a lens. They might be able to take a picture, or even a series of moving pictures. We have been over this country.
