Tom writes: I needed two crowns placed in my mouth the other day. It’s a thirty-minute drive down to our old dentist since we moved to Plano. I requested an MBO for the drive down and the dental procedure and then requested an MBO for the drive back home in the heavier afternoon traffic on the North Dallas Tollway.
