We blame, and we do this because we can. We all have placed blame on circumstances out of our control. Accidents happen and mistakes are made. We blame and feel shame or we shame and feel blame.

Sometimes we take responsibility for our mistakes and sometimes we don’t. We all make mistakes as we fumble and flounder, stumbling here and there. We might take a little bit of ownership for issues we created but not always entirely. We make excuses for what we can and cannot do. How do we navigate through blame to locate our responsibility?
